Last updated: October 2026. DugdhSetu is committed to the highest standards of data security, tenant isolation, and farmer privacy.
DugdhSetu is built on strict tenant isolation. Platform administrators do not routinely inspect individual farmer milk deliveries, bank details, or private financial ledgers. All platform telemetry is aggregated and non-PII by default.
We collect information strictly necessary to operate the DugdhSetu Dairy Management SaaS platform, including registered mobile phone numbers, business entity metadata (e.g. dairy capacity, herd size), and transactional operational records created by authorized users.
Every business account is strictly isolated using database-level tenant constraints (`business_id`). Data belonging to Business A is cryptographically and architecturally inaccessible to Business B.
When a business requests technical support, platform support engineers operate under strict administrative oversight with mandatory ticket reference and reason. Every action taken during support is permanently recorded in immutable audit logs.
Even upon expiration of a trial or transition to the Free Starter Plan, your historical records (cattle genealogy, milk collections, invoices, passbooks) remain preserved permanently and are never deleted.
