Terms of Service & Platform Agreement
Last updated: October 2026. Please review the terms and operational guidelines governing the DugdhSetu software platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DugdhSetu website, mobile application, Bluetooth printing drivers, or API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. 90-Day Free Trial & Subscription Plans
DugdhSetu offers an initial 90-day trial period with full feature availability. Following the trial period, accounts may continue on a paid tier or automatically revert to the Free Starter Plan subject to plan limits (e.g., maximum 5 cattle, 5 suppliers, 10 customers) with zero data loss.
3. Platform Administration & Security
Platform management operations are restricted to authenticated Super Admin personnel. Any attempt to bypass authorization or gain unauthorized access to other tenant databases is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.
4. Service Availability & Offline Sync
We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. The DugdhSetu mobile application provides local offline storage so that critical morning and evening milk collection operations remain completely uninterrupted regardless of network connectivity.
